Refunds on parts and accessories are available within 14 days of purchase.
Returned items will have a 15% restocking fee applied, the item and packaging must be in LIKE NEW condition and a receipt must be present.
Refunds on bicycles are available within 7 days of purchase.
Bicycles returned will have a 25% restocking fee applied, and must be in NEW condition. Any Parts or Labor required to restore the bicycle back to LIKE NEW will be deducted from the refund.
